Who is Chelsea?

I'm a organizational culture expert, with a background in leadership, DEI, and imaginative thinking. I've been working with organization in a variety of capacity for more than 4 years and have recently left my HR Director role to support a more modern approach to leadership.

My personal mission is to make the right, socially just thing to do easy.  This includes:

• Building awareness around different identities
• Optimistically visioning what's possible
• Creating thoughtful relationships
• Cultivating spaces of belonging
